D' Students' Place is located infront of DLSU, and beside CSB. This is where students hang out. The building provides different services from health and beauty, food and snacks, internet and gaming, and most importantly residence for students. The establishment is manly built for the residence of the students due to high demands for internet shops and food. The second floor houses different shops for student’s need this includes net I.T. Log and MF, these are computer rental shop which provides internet, gaming, printing,xerox, scanning, and renting services. Figure-up, provides service for Cosmetic surgery and skin care .Dr. Zarate Dental Clinic, provides dental services. and a barbershop.

A computer rental shop which provides internet, gaming, printing,xerox, scanning, and renting services.This shop has high quality specs like wide screen lcd monitor, optical mouse, up to date computer specs.One good advantage in this cafe shop is that their log-in system, You register. Paying after you play is not a hassle because you pay for a particular load like cellphone so that you can log in and logout whenever you like. There is a mix of dlsu and csb students who plays during their free time but sometimes there is also some other student from other universities who plays. "you use a pc, you pay"

Provides service for dental care for different kinds of customers . As you can see in the video the clinic can only accomodate one patient at a time. So, appointments are needed if you are planning to have a dental service..

The Barbershop renders haircut service. It is located at the D’ Students Place beside CSB and In front of north gate of Lasalle. This place is somehow hidden in a way that it is at the farthest corner of D’ students place, I can conclude that this barbershop is not profitable because it’s hidden. The only existing barbershop near Lasalle.

MF CYBERTOWN



MF CYBERTOWN renders computer rental service. It is located at the D’ Students place beside CSB and In front of north gate of Lasalle. This place is where students spend their leisure time. The shop has also a beanbag for customers, which you can sleep if you want to. This shop has a high quality specs and a good sofa set. They have the traditional login system where customers would pay after they play.

International Exchange Bank

The International Exchange Bank is located along Taft Avenue and is right next to the Kassel Condominium. There is a big parking space at front which is shared for both Kassel and the International Exchange Bank. This is a place to go for students that need to deposit or withdraw money in their International Exchange Bank accounts. Its ATM machine is located inside the bank for safety. Students going to this bank must be careful and always look above because Kassel has a recent history of people committing suicide by jumping off the building and landing on the parking lot.

UCPB

UCPB or the United Coconut Planters Bank is located in Vito Cruz inside the Tore Lorenzo Building. It is between Starbucks and the convenience store 7-11. It has a small parking space for UCPB employees at front. This is a place to go for students that need to deposit or withdraw money in their UCPB accounts. Its ATM machine is located inside the bank for safety since Vito Cruz has a lot of snatchers running around so people need to be careful when going here.

JRS Express

JRS Express is a delivery service company that is located on the 2nd floor of the University Mall and under the Vito Cruz LRT station. This is a place to for students that that are living in dormitories and condominiums and needs to send some things back to their hometown. Students can have anything delivered, whenever and wherever they want through the JRS Express.

Copytrade Digital Copy Systems

Copy Trade Digital Copy Systems is right in front of the main entrance of the University Mall and is directly below the stairs going down from the Vito Cruz LRT station. This is where most students go when they need tons of papers to be photo copied. Since college books are so expensive nowadays students tend to borrow the books and have them photocopied here where it is much cheaper. Any type of photocopying that needs to be done may it be colored or black and white, this is the place t go.

Notary Public

The Notary Public is located in front of the University Mall near Mc Donalds. It will be easy to find as you can see in the photo, there are a lot of pedicab drivers in front of the notary public waiting for passengers going down the Vito Cruz LRT. The Notary Public is the place to go for people in need of personal documents the need to be notarized before it can be used, officially recorded or before they can have any legal effect. This is important for people for foreign students that need their documents to be notarized.

RKI Copy Center

The RKI copy center is a place for students that who are in need for a cheap and quick book binding, ring binding, Xerox copying, rush id, and laminating services. This is the place to go for students that like to cram because it is very near and the service is fast. It is also cheap as well as you can see in the photo, this is a small time copying center but as long as it works and it is cheap people would still want to go here. It is located next to the DLSU College of Saint Benilde so the Students that usually go here are from DLSU-Manila, DLSU-CSB and St. Scholastica’s College. So if you are one of those students that usually cram, this is the place to go.
